Account & Data Deletion — Win Words

This page outlines the process for removing your Win Words account and related information, consistent with Google Play's user data and account deletion standards.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Win Words app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account Management → Delete Account.
- Confirm (you may be asked to re-enter your password for security).
- Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email iftikhar.digitalmarketer@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". Identity verification and processing will follow.
What is deleted
Account removal permanently eliminates:
- Your profile (name, username, email, photo, bio and all profile fields).
- Posts, image posts, polls, WinClips, Stories, Pic Battle entries, comments, reactions, and votes.
- Direct messages, voice notes, and club memberships/posts.
- Followers/following relationships, likes, XP, coins, and badges.
Coins and virtual items — important
Deleting your account permanently forfeits all of your coins, XP, gifts, frames, badges, levels, and any other virtual content. These items cannot be refunded, transferred, restored, or converted to cash.
What may be retained
For legal, security, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes, limited records may persist longer, including transaction records required by law, records for legal compliance, and fully anonymized statistics.
Timeline
Deletion completes within 30 days across databases and media hosts. Backups are purged on their normal rotation schedule.
