Is Win Words free?＋
Yes. Win Words is free to download and use. Coins are optional and only needed to send gifts or unlock cosmetics.
What age do I need to be?＋
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use Win Words.
Are coins real money? Can I withdraw them?＋
No. Coins are a virtual in-app currency for gifts and cosmetics only. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or withdrawn.
How do I report or block someone?＋
Tap the three-dot (⋯) menu on any post, comment, message, clip or profile and choose Report or Block. You can also email us with details.
How do I delete my account and data?＋
In the app: Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. Or see our Account & Data Deletion page. Deletion completes within 30 days.
I was charged for coins but didn't receive them＋
Coins are credited after Google Play verifies the purchase. If they don't appear within a few minutes, restart the app. Still missing? Email us your Google Play order ID and we'll sort it out.
How do I report a child-safety concern?＋
Use in-app Report, or email iftikhar.digitalmarketer@gmail.com with the subject "Child Safety Report". See our Child Safety Standards.
