Child Safety Standards — Win Words

Win Words commits to protecting children and complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and laws addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The platform maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content endangering minors.

1. Prohibited content and conduct
Win Words strictly forbids and immediately removes:
- Child sexual abuse material in any form
- Content sexualizing, exploiting, or endangering minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or sextortion of minors
- Child trafficking or exploitation
Violations trigger account termination and reporting to relevant authorities, including NCMEC.
2. Standards & preventive measures
- Age requirement: Users must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA) with self-attested age confirmation at signup.
- Content moderation: On-device NSFW detection blocks explicit images; posts with 3+ user reports are auto-hidden pending review.
- In-app reporting: Report and Block options available on all posts, comments, messages, profiles, and clips.
- Review & action: Reports receive prompt review; confirmed violations result in removal, termination, and authority notification.
3. Reporting child-safety concerns
In the app: Use the three-dot menu and select Report.

4. Cooperation with authorities
Win Words reports apparent CSAE to NCMEC and local authorities, cooperates with lawful investigations, and preserves data where required by law enforcement.
