Win Words Terms of Service
Effective date: June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service represent a binding agreement between users and Win Words governing use of the mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA). Minors require parental/guardian review of these Terms. Users must provide valid email addresses, avoid impersonation, and not have prior bans.
2. Your Account
Each person may maintain one account. Users must keep passwords confidential and report unauthorized access. Profile information must be truthful. Username changes are limited to once every 60 days.
3. Acceptable Use
Prohibited content includes hate speech targeting protected groups, threats, harassment, doxxing, bullying, sexually explicit material, nudity, pornography, and content sexualizing minors. Any content that sexualises minors carries zero tolerance — accounts are terminated and reported to authorities/NCMEC.
Also prohibited: violence/gore, self-harm glorification, terrorist/extremist content, illegal goods, spam, scams, phishing, malware, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized personal information sharing, and deceptive deepfakes. Bot usage, data scraping, unauthorized account access, reverse-engineering, and reselling access are forbidden. Violations may result in removal, suspension, permanent bans, or law enforcement referral.
4. Your Content
Users retain ownership of posted content. By posting, you grant Win Words a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically modify, distribute, and display your content. This license terminates upon content deletion except for already-shared material or legal requirements. WinClips display watermarks with the Win Words logo and username. Users bear sole responsibility for their content.
5. Copyright (DMCA)
Copyright infringement claims should be emailed to iftikhar.digitalmarketer@gmail.com with contact information, work identification, in-app location, good-faith statement, and perjury statement. Repeat infringers face account termination. WinClips require muted original audio, royalty-free music, or confirmed audio ownership.
6. Coins, XP, Gifts, Purchases & Prizes
Virtual items including coins, XP, badges, frames, gifts, levels, ranks, rewards, and prizes have NO real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for physical goods, are non-refundable, and may be adjusted or removed anytime.
Coins represent virtual in-app currency earned free or purchased through Google Play. They can only be spent within the App and cannot be withdrawn. Purchases are final and non-refundable except per Google Play policy.
Weekly prizes are awarded as virtual coins only (never cash), determined solely by in-app activity — no purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Daily Spin and Reward Box are free features providing positive rewards with no wagering. Win Words is NOT a gambling service.
7. In-App Communication
Direct messages are stored on backend servers while existing and are not end-to-end encrypted, though they are encrypted in transit and at rest. Messages auto-delete after 24 hours. Content may be scanned for severe violations including child safety and terrorism concerns. Users should avoid sharing passwords or financial credentials via chat.
8. Termination
Users may delete accounts via Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. Win Words may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or creating legal risk.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Win Words limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed US $50 or amounts paid in the prior 12 months. Users assume all risk.
10. Google Play Compliance
Win Words complies with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Developer Program Policies regarding user-generated content, child safety standards, and ads policies.
11. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable consumer-protection laws and otherwise Pakistan law. Disputes should be raised at iftikhar.digitalmarketer@gmail.com. Material changes require at least 7 days' in-app notice.
